Shipping & Orders

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Simply click the tracking link in that email to view the status of your delivery.

If the link doesn’t work, you can also track your parcel here by entering your order number and email, or your tracking number.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the items in your order.

The final price will vary depending on these factors.

Shipping is free across Europe for orders over 70€.

My order is incomplete

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse location.

In that case, you’ll receive a separate tracking number by email for each shipment — which may arrive a few days apart.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment for your order. 

This short window allows for last-minute changes to your items or delivery address if needed.

Once prepared, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Delivery: between 2 and 8 business days on working days.

    • For France: handled by Colissimo France without signature.

    • For Switzerland: handled by Colissimo without signature.

    • For other European countries: handled by Chronopost International.

  • Express Delivery: within 24 hours in France, and between 1 and 3 business days for other European destinations (except Switzerland).

Please note that delays may occur during busy periods, but we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide (with very few exceptions), and there’s no minimum order quantity required.

Please note that delivery times may be longer for international orders, particularly to destinations outside the Europe.

An additional shipping fee may apply to non-EU countries due to customs handling and extended logistics.

Cancellations & Returns

Can I modify my order?

Yes — as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet.

We typically process orders within 24 to 48 hours, so if you’d like to make changes (items, sizes, or address), please email us as soon as possible at shop@swissborg.com.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellation is possible before your order is dispatched.

If you’d like to cancel, just send us an email at shop@swissborg.com.

I want to return an item

Returns are only accepted in the event of a proven product defect.

All our products are carefully inspected before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please send us a photo or video of the issue along with your order number to shop@swissborg.com.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How do I place an order?

Ordering from us is simple:

  1. Browse and select the item(s) you’d like.
  2. Click “Add to cart.”
  3. Click the cart icon (top right) to view and confirm your order.
  4. Enter your details and complete the payment.

You also have the option to create an account for faster checkout next time.

Can I use more than one discount code?

No — only one discount code can be used per order, unless otherwise specified.
