Orders & Returns Policy

Orders are prepared on demand by Innovacion Business System, a spanish company with registered address at Calle Banyoles S/N, 17465 Camallera, Spain.
The Company is working with two (2) different carriers: Colissimo and Chronopost.
The Company offers two (2) types of deliveries :
Standard Delivery (two (2) to eight (8) business days for shipping on working days):
- For France : it is carried out by Colissimo France without signature at the postal rate in force on the date of the order.
- For Switzerland: it is carried out by Colissimo without signature.
- For the rest of other countries as listed in Annex 1 of our Terms and Conditions: it is carried out by Chronopost International.
Express Delivery (twenty four (24) hours on working days for France and between one (1) to three (3) business days for the rest of the countries as listed in Annex 1 of our Terms and Conditions (except Switzerland):
- For France: for any order placed before one (1) PM, it is carried out by Chronopost 18 France at the rate in force on the date of the order.
- For other countries as listed in Annex 1 of our Terms and Conditions (except Switzerland): it is carried out by Chronopost International.
The deadlines run from the reception by the Company of the complete payment for the order. It usually takes one (1) to two (2) business days for our logistics partner to prepare your orders.
Once your order is prepared, the shipping delay depends on the delivery company chosen at checkout. The choice of the delivery company is based on the destination country, and the shipping price of your order depends, including but not limited to, on the weight of your order.
Due to Force Majeure events, such as but not limited to the pandemic of Covid-19, shipping delays may be longer than expected. The Company does not accept responsibility for any damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Company does not accept returns and does not refund Products, unless the Product is damaged or defective. In this case, you must contact the Company (as detailed in Section 7 below) within fifteen (15) business days from the receipt of such damaged or defective Product.
If you would like to exchange or return a Product without any defect or damage, for example due to a wrong size being ordered, this would come at your own expense.
In addition, the Company does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
In the event that the delivery deadline is exceeded by more than ten (10) business days and is not due to a Force Majeure event, you may cancel your order by sending the Company an email to the following email address: email@example.com. You will then be refunded within a maximum of thirty (30) days.
- PAYMENTS METHODS WE ACCEPT
All credit cards are accepted. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server (Stripe), which encrypts all submitted information. We also accept Utrust as cryptocurrencies payment method.

- ORDER CANCELLATION
After each order is processed, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment warehouse for shipment.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so by contacting us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org in a maximum of twenty-four hours (24h) following the confirmation of your order and provided that your order has not been shipped yet. Passed this delay, we are unable to cancel your order and we may charge you additional fees.
You may check the status of your order through the confirmation email of your order. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its status.
Prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel your order, in whole or in part, if the price is not valid or posted in error at the time of your order submission. We are not responsible for typographical or illustrative errors.
Prices of the Products are indicated in euros (€) (VAT excluded). The Company reserves the right, which the User accepts, to modify its prices at any time but the Products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is placed, subject nevertheless to the availability of said Products. Any shipping costs are billed in addition.
- CUSTOMS FEES
The Company shall not be responsible for any additional costs, such as duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that may apply after a purchase is completed on the Online Store, either on the Product itself, its shipping or its return.
